Avv. Pietro Ilardi
He graduated in Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, was admitted to the Bar of Rome in 2003.
Education: he participates in training courses regarding civil law, commercial law and intellectual property. He is a Member A.I.P.P.I. (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Industrielle).
In 2006 he lectured at the Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE) as part of the post-graduate course: “Expert on the protection of intellectual property rights and resolution of international commercial disputes.” In 2006 he collaborated with a major financial firm in New York City by acquiring extensive experience in the field of anti terrorist finance compliance.
Main areas of activities: civil law and real estate, corporate law, intellectual property law, including EU and international legislation. Furthermore he works extensively in the area of sports law, where he collaborated on the project for the constitution of a “Supporters Trust” in AS Roma S.p.A.
In 2012 he has been nominated IP (Intellectual Property) expert for “Italy and China” by UIBM (Italian Patent and Trademark Office), to assist companies and individuals who want to protect their IP rights in China.
In 2012 he has been nominated as a member of a special board of experts appointed by the Bar of Architects and Lawyers of Rome to draw up a text of Law to protect the “Architectural Quality”.
In 2013 he has been nominated legal counsel of the Bar of Architects of Rome.
He has been designated as a legal consultant of the Italian Trade Agency
He is Assistant Professor of Intellectual Property Law and Commercial Law at Università Maria SS. Assunta (LUMSA) in Rome and at Università degli Studi in Perugia.
He speaks and writes fluently in English.
